HR Administrator

In this role you shall provide end to end HR administration, as well as help manage the recruitment process alongside the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, for the business and join a team and organisation that is going to experience a period of rapid and exciting growth.

Client Details

The client is an internationally renowned Media business with their UK head offices based in Marlow.

Description

  • In this role you shall provide end to end HR administrative support in relation to the full employee lifecycle
  • You shall ensure that the correct HR processes and procedures are being followed by line manages and provide appropriate feedback to the HR team as and when required
  • You shall provide effective payroll support in relation to the checking and input of monthly payroll data and other ad hoc enquiries
  • You shall also assist the Talent Acquisition Coordinator with recruitment administration and candidate management
  • You shall also undertake other general administration support too

Profile

  • The successful HR Administrator must have experience of working in a fast paced HR Administrator role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are required
  • Experience of payroll is needed too
  • A passion for HR and a desire to progress is essential too
