HR Manager

Reporting to the HR Director, you will develop, role model and share good practice HR with the global HR team, including leading and contributing to projects in the UK and globally. This generalist role is broad and varied, and you will ensure high quality operational HR delivery to the UK offices throughout the employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include recruitment (alongside the resourcing team), onboarding, employee relations, absence management, performance management, exit processes, wellbeing initiatives and principles, and learning and development of employees.
