A temporary role for an organised Recruitment Administrator who can operate in a high volume environment.


Your new company

You will be joining the recruitment team of a well known Education facility in Oxfordshire to assist them in managing a high volume of applications. As a large organisation, with multiple sites, the volume of live vacancies at any given time can be high, hence why the role of their Recruitment Administrator is so vital.

Your new role

You will be responsible for advertising and managing responses for live vacancies on behalf of stakeholders within the organisation. This will include; coordinating interviews, handling responses, making arrangements for candidates and delivering feedback. You will support the wider recruitment team ensuring all team goals and deadlines can be met.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience of working in a high volume recruitment environment would be a huge advantage. However this isn't essential if you can demonstrate you are incredibly organised, can effectively prioritise your workload and can work in a fast pace environment without compromising on quality.
