Interim HR Generalist

An interim opportunity for a HR generalist in Oxfordshire


Your new company

You will be joining an organisation passionate about about research and development across the UK. The HR team in Oxfordshire are looking for a HR generalist to join them for approximately 10 - 12 weeks to support them with the day to day running of the HR function.

Your new role

You will support the business with a range of tasks from answering generalist HR queries, providing advice to managers and employees and will also support with recruitment activities by advertising vacancies and coordinating the recruitment process.

What you'll need to succeed

A sound generalist HR background is required for this role. As it is a very small team the need for you to hit the ground running in an autonomous environment is essential. Training will be provided but its important you have great IT skills and can grasp new processes quickly.

What you'll get in return

This is an interim opportunity, but you would be joining a growing organisation so the possibility for an extension or even a longer term role could happen. This is also an opportunity to be trained on the Google package which is something more and more organisations are moving over to and would set you apart from other candidates in future interim HR processes.
