My client is a well known global brand based in London City urgently looking for an experienced Graduate or Early Careers Recruiter to cover a 9 - 12 month maternity leave cover.
This will be a stand alone role but you will be a part of a wider recruitment team which is dynamic, driven and like to have fun!
To be successful you will have:
Run the graduate recruitment process from end to end, for a minimum of 2 cycles
Been responsible for hiring of apprentices / undergraduates and graduates
Led on regular international relocations
Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
Be happy to operate as the key point of contact for all things graduate recruitment.
Ability to diagnose problems, and identify and drive appropriate solutions.
Effective communication, listening and customer responsiveness.
The ability to work with employees at all levels, across different functions and diverse cultures.
Knowledge of the international campus recruitment space (MBA/graduates)
Experience recruiting for experienced hires would be preferable
