Oakleaf Partnership are currently supporting a rapidly growing fintech organisation with their search for an HRIS Analyst to join the HR team in their London office.
Reporting into the Head of Reward you will have a number of responsibilities including:
Maintaining the HRIS and supporting with any improvements / upgrades when needed
Supporting the business with any technical issues as and when they arise
Ensuring the organisation structure is correct and up to date within the HRIS
Working on projects throughout the year
Producing monthly analytics including headcount reports
We are looking for someone who has experience working with HRIS systems, has strong analytical skills and is comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
