Annapurna have partnered with an international technology company to find a HR Administrator to join their London team on a permanent basis.

The HR Administrator will work in a fast-paced human resources department, providing support to the HR team on the full employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first line of contact for all internal and external queries with an understanding of when to escalate as required
  • Ensuring timely input of large volumes of data into HR system with particular attention to detail
  • Onboarding of employees: reference requests, preparing offer letters and contracts and coordinating inductions for new starters
  • Supporting the wider HR team with various projects and initiatives
  • Dealing with employee absence and sickness, ensuring it is logged correctly
  • Preparing data for payroll systems every month
  • Ensuring timely input of large volumes of data into HR system with particular attention to detail

Desirable Skills:

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Experience working within generalist HR practice
  • Experience in collecting data for payroll systems
  • Experience with HRIS
  • Strong level of written and spoken English, candidates will be expected to communicate with a variety of people both internally and externally

This role is ideal for a candidate who is actively looking to pursue and develop their career within HR and has some first-hand experience in a similar role in the UK.
