Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a fantastic client based in Reading who are looking to appoint a HR generalist to join their outgoing, fun and hardworking HR team.
This is a broad role with the opportunity to lead on ER cases, drive HR systems projects and manage HR reporting as well as overseeing the day-to-day employee lifecycle processes for the Corporate team.
Key point of contact in the business for HR related queries and ER issues, working with managers and their teams, to ensure a positive employee experience
Oversee day-to-day employee lifecycle activities from contract requests to processing leavers
Manage and coordinate HR processes including budgeting and forecasting, performance review and salary review processes
Analysing and reporting on people data both within the Brand and group providing insightful management reports, dashboards and metrics
Act as the ambassador for HR projects such as the implementation of HR systems, and policies.
Previous experience as a HR Advisor within a fast paced and dynamic environment, ideally within a large organisation
Strong ER experience, able to lead cases end to end as well as advise and coach managers
Confident managing senior and challenging stakeholders
Digital and data minded, ideally with experience using Workday
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Confident written and verbal communication skills
Reliability, excellent attention to detail, and self-checking instinct to deliver high quality standards
Experience managing projects and workload to meet deadlines
Ability to build relationships and question, challenge and influence at all levels
Strong team player
