My client, an award-winning Technology Consultancy are looking for a L&D Advisor to join their collaborative, high performing team in London.
Working alongside the L&D Manager and wider HR team, the L&D Advisor role plays a key part in helping to scale the business effectively, whilst at the same time, preserving and enhancing the things that have made them successful so far. The successful individual will help achieve their exciting growth plans by delivering current learning programmes and developing new ones.
Coordinating, delivering and evaluating New Starter and Consultant Programmes, including
Delivering on the job coaching sessions and forums to embed employee learning
Originating, researching, designing and evaluating new learning interventions for a wide variety of levels in the organisation
Partnering with key stakeholders to deliver people development strategies
Supporting companywide initiatives to improve performance, for example, Business Development that drives performance towards targets.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of designing and delivering classroom training & on the job coaching and preferably have experience in a sales or customer service industry. You will have flexibility and confidence when partnering with key stakeholders to deliver their people development strategies.
