An Insurance firm based in the City, is currently looking for a HRMI Analyst to join their team.

Reporting into the regional Head of HR, the HRIS Analyst will take a leading role in reporting across all People data.

Key responsibilities:

  • Produce Monthly and quarterly reports across all People MI using the HR Systems (SuccessFactors)

  • Deliver reporting on the full employee lifecycle

  • Produce and update key reports and dashboards

  • Ensure data integrity throughout HR systems

  • Assist with ad-hoc reporting where required

  • Assist with the implementation and update of new system modules and

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a People/HRMI analyst capacity

  • Advanced level of excel - Pivot tables, vlookups, complex formula

  • Knowledge of HR Systems

  • Stakeholder management skills
