An Insurance firm based in the City, is currently looking for a HRMI Analyst to join their team.
Reporting into the regional Head of HR, the HRIS Analyst will take a leading role in reporting across all People data.
Produce Monthly and quarterly reports across all People MI using the HR Systems (SuccessFactors)
Deliver reporting on the full employee lifecycle
Produce and update key reports and dashboards
Ensure data integrity throughout HR systems
Assist with ad-hoc reporting where required
Assist with the implementation and update of new system modules and
Previous experience working in a People/HRMI analyst capacity
Advanced level of excel - Pivot tables, vlookups, complex formula
Knowledge of HR Systems
Stakeholder management skills
