Interim HR Advisor, Oil & Gas, City of London, Rolling contract, £150-£170 per day circa

You will be joining a small sized oil and gas business based in the City of London. The company consists of 40 people but will be expanding in the coming years.
Your new role
As a HR advisor, you will be supporting senior members of the business with various HR projects. Some responsibilities include:
- Supporting senior stakeholders with the recruitment process. Interviewing candidates, shortlisting CV's and arranging the logistics. Managing agency relationships and briefing them on live roles.
- Support the employee life cycle, including: performance management, learning & development, recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR-related initiatives
- Taking part in HR projects and being responsible for all HR administration in the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have worked as a generalist for a minimum of 2 years. Ideally you will have directly supported senior HR members and had experience within HR projects
