The Senior HRBP role is a senior advisory position to the MD and will have a small team to deliver significant change in the 1st 12 months. You must be confident with delivering change, reorganisation, performance management and optimisation, consultation and influencing.

Client Details

A fast paced and diverse consumer business. The Senior HRBP will support the UK business but will have exposure to other international streams and stakeholders. Based in North Manchester, there is parking available and the business offers flexibility on start and finish times to support agile working.


The Senior HRBP will-

  • Lead the HR team and support their development
  • Business Partner the UK MD in delivering the company strategy
  • Review and improve the organisational structure to support performance optimisation
  • Project Management of all people led initiatives
  • Full generalist remit with excellent experience of change management, employee relations, engagement, consultation, development and leadership


To be successful in your application:

  • Be CIPD level 7 or equivalent
  • Strong examples of change management in a leading role
  • Be self sufficient and confident in your decision making
  • Experience of partnering at senior leadership level
  • Experience of managing a small team/HR function

Job Offer

The company is looking to pay between £50-55K plus car or car allowance and a generous bonus scheme which has paid out at the max for the last few years
