My client is a successful Financial Services business who are looking for an interim HR Advisor to join their team.

Description

As Interim HR Advisor you will work with the wider HR team to manage ER cases and provide advice and guidance to managers and staff in areas such as performance management, flexible working, maternity & paternity requests.

Profile

You will have worked as an HR Advisor where you will have gained generalist HR exposure and have managed you own ER cases. Ideally you will also have experience of absence management.
