HR Manager - 3 Month FTC - £40,000 - £45,000 - Central London - Immediate Start

You will be joining a thriving, global digital marketing agency offering services such as campaigns and in class websites as well as engagement in the innovation of new digital products for the future.
Your new role
You will be taking on a stand-alone generalist role providing support to approximately 150 employees across all levels of the organisation. You will be the first point of contact for managers and will provide wide-ranging support for end-to-end employee lifecycle processes. Further responsibilities will include: ownership of on-boarding and induction activities, leading employee relations matters, coaching line managers on all aspects of the people agenda, assisting with the delivery of in-house training, partnering with the Finance department to provide necessary reports and analytics and take on any ad-hoc HR projects as relevant.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous experience in a senior HR advisory or junior management role, strong employee relations experience and demonstrable skills in providing business focused coaching to manager level and in data analysis with experience in one or more HRIS systems. You must be a strong communicator, proficient in problem solving and have exceptional organisational skills as well as being adaptable. You will be CIPD qualified and preferably worked within a stand-alone HR role.
