Your new role
You'll be involved in a truly generalist role, working closely with all levels of the workforce to deliver an effective face-to-face HR service. You'll be involved in recruitment, L&D, payroll, management of HR data, HR administration, attending employee meetings and reviews, deputising for the HR manager and generally contributing towards a high performing HR Team.
What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for an ambitious HR administrator or HR Officer who has some good practical experience that they are looking to build on. You'll ideally have CIPD qualifications and be set on a career in HR. This is a generalist role so it will suit someone who likes variety in their work and is at ease doing both high level strategy work and HR administration as required. This is a business where they operate at pace and with quality , occasionally things can change quickly due to the nature of their industry and this can mean that someone who is good at adapting to change will really fit in well.
