Your new company
This company is one of the leading suppliers of sustainable building materials and business solutions for construction. They have over 150 years experience and are based across 400 locations in the UK.
Your new role
You will be based in Bristol but would be expected to cover multiple sites located across South Wales, the South West, South Coast, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire. You will be be travelling around 4 days per week (approximately) and 1 day in the office. You will be working with the HR manager to manage HR operations and implement policies. You will also be holding training workshops for the employees across different sites.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be resilient and comfortable with travelling often. You must have experience as a HR professional that shows you capable of working at an operational level and have evidence of providing ER advice.
