Are you a senior Learning and Development Specialist with a passion for Talent?
Are you looking for an opportunity to take a creative company to the next level with an innovative new L&D Strategy?
Handle are proudly working with one of the world's most recognisable media/entertainment brands on a progressive and bespoke Talent & Development Business Partner role to start this summer.
Joining an established L&D Team, you will take a lead role in creating an innovative, tailor made L&D Strategy and will lead the team to support the professional development for c.600 people.
Balancing a mixture of both design, delivery and analytics, you should be passionate about creating bespoke training solutions for the continued engagement and retention of key talent and be able to assess the success of your programme using their various reporting tools.
You will be responsible for:
- Tailored training needs analysis
- Creation of a bespoke L&D strategy for your client group
- Design and develop engaging content
- Facilitate and deliver workshops, programmes as well as one to one coaching
- Third party relationship management with external providers
- Assess and evaluate the L&D offering for fit for purpose and ROI
Our ideal candidate will be both commercial and practical in their business partnering style. You must be a strategic thinker, with the ability to see and influence the bigger Global picture and most importantly you must be engaging and creative in your approach.
An interest and/or experience in the Media and Entertainment industry would be highly desirable to suit the pace, communication style and culture of such an entrepreneurial and continuously evolving industry.
