At the RSC, our on-stage talent demonstrates wider representation than ever before, but this isn't enough. We aspire to be fully inclusive, with all talents that are available to us.

What is already in place?

  • We have a Board-level Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) Committee, chaired by our Deputy Artistic Director

  • We have active Equality, Diversity and Inclusion advocates from across the company

  • We are a Level 2 disability confident employer 

  • Our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Plan which sets out our aims until 2022

  • Our passion for diversity and inclusion and our and promise to build a workforce which reflects the audiences that we aim to reach.

Who do we need?

  • We are seeking an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager to join us on a 2-year fixed-term contract

  • Someone who is energetic, experienced and creative in their approach to ED&I.

What will you be doing?

  • Advising and supporting our ED&I Committee

  • Challenging our thinking and encouraging new ways of working

  • Driving positive change throughout the company

  • Promoting the RSC as an employer of choice for diverse and under-represented communities

  • Support the recruitment team in diversity initiatives.

Interviews will be held on Tuesday 27 August 2019 in Stratford-upon-Avon.
