An Insurance firm based in the City, is currently looking for a HRMI Analyst to join their team.
Reporting into the Head of MI and HRIS, HRMI Analyst will take a leading role in reporting across all People data.
Produce Monthly and quarterly reports across all People MI using the HR Systems (Workday)
Deliver reporting on the full employee lifecycle
Produce and update key reports and dashboards
Take an active role in automation of processes where possible
Assist with ad-hoc reporting where required
Previous experience working in a People/HRMI analyst capacity
Advanced level of excel - Pivot tables, vlookups, complex formula
Knowledge of HR Systems - Workday preferred
Stakeholder management skills
