Senior HR Advisor - Short Term Fixed Term Contractor - 3 Months

The Senior HR Advisor will have an opportunity to add value in supporting the key talent objectives of the organization, as well as develop and learn in an exciting and demanding professional services company with a strong change agenda.

Client Details

A leading, global financial services organisation


  • Support the HRBP team in managing employee relations issues, including disciplinaries, grievances and under-performance, as well as activities arising out of reorganisation.
  • Responsible for the management of the flexible working application process in partnership with our client's Shared Services team
  • Own full-cycle Employee Relations issues including, but no restricted to, disciplinaries, grievances, absences and redundancy
  • Hiring - input into the selection process for select roles; participation in one off events such as graduate assessment days
  • Drive compensation decisions and guidance to managers around off cycle compensation/promotion decisions
  • Liaison with Global Mobility and business regarding internal transfers and re-locations. Good working knowledge of visa process and restrictions
  • Management of policy and procedure updates as required. Share knowledge of upcoming and recently introduced legislation to wider HR team
  • Support the BP team in driving Employee Engagement activity
  • Reporting on key talent activities and share insights and key themes as appropriate
  • Provide support on the roll-out of key HR projects, including the transition to new systems
  • Close liaison with global colleagues on issues impacting the global population


Senior HR Advisor - Short Term Fixed Term Contractor - 3 Months with:


Bachelor's degree or equivalent

CIPD or equivalent

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 4 year's experience in an HR team within a sophisticated, multinational organisation
  • Recent end to end employee relations experience
  • Demonstrable pro-activity, confidence, commitment and flexibility
  • Strong team interaction and personal organisational skills
  • Able to balance competing deadlines, prioritise and manage expectations effectively
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite of products
