A Real Estate firm, based in Luton, is currently looking for an HR Data and MI Analyst to join their friendly HR team.
Reporting into the HR Systems Manager this individual will support the HR system and function from a data perspective in a varied and growing role.
Administration of the HR system
Reporting across all people data in the business
Assistance with implementation of new modules to the HR system
Act as first line of support for all HR system queries
Support the wider HR function on additional projects
Skills and Experience:
Comfortable working with HR systems and data
Competent user of excel (vlookups and pivot tables as a minimum)
HR systems and reporting experience required
Friendly and personable character
Desirable to have experience working in a professional services organisation
This role is ideal for someone who is a technically minded HR individual.
