Generalist HR Advisor role offering the successful candidate the opportunity to work for a growing business based in North Kent. You will work as part of a small but friendly and supportive HR team and will have the opportunity to develop in the role and take on more responsibility as the business continues to grow.

Client Details

Our client is a growing business with circa 400 staff in Kent. As they continue to expand they are looking for someone who can support their diverse workforce in all areas of HR.

Description

As HR Advisor you will closely with the HR Business Partner, providing support and guidance to around 200 staff. This will include; writing accurate Management reports, processing new starters and leavers and supporting at all stages of the employee life-cycle. If you have already gained Advisory experience you will have the opportunity to support ER cases and provide guidance to managers. This is very much a generalist role where you will be supporting the HR team not only in the day to day HR enquires but also with ongoing projects.

Profile

You will have gained some generalist HR experience and will have strong administrative skills with an eye for detail. You may also have gained some advisory experience and are looking for the next step in your career. Either way you will be happy to work in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same.

Job Offer

Basic salary - up to £28,000 plus benefits
