Our client is a non for profit organisation based in Leeds. The HR Reporting and Systems Manager is responsible for "hand on" day to day management of the deilvery of HR operational services, including reporting and systems on recruitment, leavers and contract changes. As the system lead, you will manage the HR Management Information Sysems, ensure effective record administration covering all employee transactions. As the HR Reporting and Systems Manager you will work closely with all of the HR teams - including recruitment, HR Business Partnering and Reward.

The Role:

Operational Processes

  • Ensure all records in HR are compliant

  • Oversee the HR Shared folders / drives ensuring effective document management control

  • Develop and maintain an appropriate framework to monitor delivery and standards for the provision of high quality, responsive HR operational processes and systems and associated services.

Systems Control

  • Manage the business HR Management Information System

  • Manage the recruitment system and processes

  • Ensure all staff in HR have the necessary skills and knowledge of the tracking system

  • Manage absence management systems including sickness, absence and annual leave
