Your new role
Generalist HR Business Partner role with small(er) business experience. ER experience managing disciplinary, capability and grievance. Management of recruitment and induction processes according to divisional requirements. Managing complex cross-functional HR projects. Development and maintaining of succession plan for key talent and key roles within the business. Hands on experience of L&D, developing training plans with managers.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience gained within Financial or Professional services. Previous experience from SME or small(er) businesses. Worked in mid-sized highly collaborative HR team. Strong stakeholder management and ability to form relationships quickly within the business.
CIPD and degree qualified.
You will have gained your experience in longer-term contract roles.
