Client Details

The client is a large Public Sector organisation in Nottingham


As a HR Manager, reporting into a HR BP, you will be responsible for all aspects of day to day transactional HR, with a specific focus on dealing with and managing high level complex ER casework in a very fast paced environment as well as dealing with senior and sometimes sensitive stakeholder groups. Also there may be the opportunity to contribute to broader strategic HR projects as the business evolves.


You will have a strong generalist HR background and a proven track record of dealing with high level ER cases. You will be a very resilient individual and be prepared to hit the ground running and get stuck into the role.
