Your new company and role
I am currently recruiting for a major financial services organisation based in the City, who are looking to bring on a contractor for an initial 4 - 6 month period to assist in a Transformation project around their current careers offering.
They are looking for somebody to come in and support them in the defining of a new career model, and integrating it into their existing framework, helping in defining any challenges and then leveraging on their existing tools to help formulate a new model. They will also be looking to develop a new road map on the talent development and retention piece, and assess their current internal mobility structure and what adaptations may need to be made in order to facilitate in an increase on their permanent work force, and retain the excellent talent they already have, as well as identifying any existing skills gaps and mapping out where future skills gaps may lie.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience in a large complex organisation, ideally from Financial Services or related industries, and experience in workforce transformation projects. You will have lead similar projects previously in conjunction with senior stakeholders already within the business, and have excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills. You will be available at short notice and be certain to be able to come in and hit the ground running in assessing the firm's needs.
