Are you immediately available and looking for your next exciting opportunity within payroll? I am currently partnering with a leading FS brand in central London to source and UK Payroll Manager with workday software knowledge.

Key responsibilities include:

Manage the outsourced payroll provider for UK payroll, ensuring payroll processing is accurate and timely.

Prepare all UK payroll files for reconciliation,ensuring payroll data has been accurately processed.

Ensure all payroll tracking files are checked and incorporated in to the UK payroll file. (CCV, STL, Expenses, Charities Trust, joiners, leavers, ad hoc changes.)

Manage the payroll provider in order to deliver a small Swiss payroll

Produce reports to Finance and third party providers.

Work with the Finance department to ensure that sufficient funds are available when required to make the necessary payments

Ensure that Finance have the necessary reports from the payroll provider.
