HR Business Partner - Manchester
A permanent position working for a non-for-profit organisation based in Manchester. There would be some travel to Birmingham and London and will manage three individuals within the HR team. Due to change in the organisation we are looking for a HR BP who can work opertaionally and strategically. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong coaching and management ability but also able to deliver robust people processes.
Support the People Director with the development and implementation of the people strategy in alignment with the organisational goals
Effective management of the HR team and processes
Work with managers and employees in all areas of effective people management
Monitor and manage pay and reward process
Act as a trusted advisor, you will partner with leaders to indentify and build organisational capabillities
Use data and analysis to build insight, to propose and influence meaningful strategies
You will be involved in various different projects through this year so our client is looking for a HR Business Partner who can hit the ground running and be able to lead from the front. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to lead and build strong relationships.
