Our client, a well-known organisation based in Birmingham are looking for an experienced people administrator to assist them with delivering high quality administration services. You will work to ensure compliance with company polices and procedures, and act as a first point of contact for all people related queries. You will work as part of a large people team support advisors and business partners to fulfil their roles.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support across the full cycle of people related administration
  • Work closely with payroll to process leavers
  • Provide first line advice to colleagues, advising on policies and procedures
  • Manage and analyse people data
  • Mange end to end recruitment campaigns

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a HR Administration position
  • Previous experience providing first line advice on policies and procedures
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Great customer service skills
  • Keen to develop and strive for continuous improvement
