HR Administrator - Welsh Speaking

Working for a well-known organisation you will join the HR operations team to support across a range of people administration processes. This is a permanent role working as part of a larger people function providing first line advice on policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate great customer service skills and also be a confident welsh speaker.
- People administration, ensuring a efficient on-boarding process including completing pre-employment checks
- Completing all transactional HR activities accurately and effectively
- Assist in the transition of the new HR system
- Provide first line advice over the phone and via email on a range of employee issues
- Managing end to end recruitment campaigns
The ideal HR Coordinator will be confident on a variety of HR system and able to work well as part of a team. Ideally you will have experience in fast-paced administrative environment. We are looking for someone to start ASAP so please get in touch for more information or apply below.
