My client is a really well know professional services business who is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in their Munich offices.

- Responsible for the entire legal and non-legal recruiting process, from direct contact to contract signing with the aim of optimizing the candidate journey
- Collaboration on the development of a recruiting strategy and USPs for successful market positioning
- Identification of relevant personnel service providers and headhunters as well as coordination of these in order to achieve the most efficient cooperation possible

- Efficient application management (review of application documents, timely feedback to candidates, etc.)
- Identification of suitable recruiting channels as well as active sourcing
- Appointment coordination and initial interviews in coordination with the line managers and HR business partners
- Expansion of the employer brand (postings in social media channels, participation in recruiting events, etc.)
- Close cooperation with the HR business partners regarding needs etc.

Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies or training in human resources
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, especially in direct communication, ideally in the Professional Services area
- Wide network in one of the popular recruitment portals desirable
- In-depth experience in conducting job interviews and HR marketing
- Knowledge about modern recruiting methods and channels
- Fluent German and English language skills
- High level of team orientation and organizational skills
- Communication and negotiation skills
