A key member of the University Senior Leadership Group (SLG), you will have significant HR and OD leadership experience gained within a large, complex organisation. You will possess a proven track record of pursuing creative strategies that deliver progressive organisational change, building capability, engaging and getting the best from our staff and promoting a genuinely diverse and inclusive workplace.
