Interim HR Business Partner c.5-month FTC

Our client is a fast paced FTSE business, ambitious business that has grown organically and through acquisition. The role of HR Business Partner is a pivotal role, for an ambitious individual to bring a forward thinking approach to business partnering, which shapes and delivers the people plan for a specific function undergoing significant transformation. Supporting the HR Director, the HR Business Partner will facilitate organisational design within the business area, to ensure the business model further drives high performance during a period of growth, transformation and diversification.

As a member of the business unit leadership team, you will support the delivery of all elements of the strategic and operational HR agenda to drive a strong culture of engagement whilst improving the effectiveness of career pathways, talent management and development. Your role will primarily be a facilitator of change; effectively working in partnership with the Leadership team and Managers to develop their People skills in managing and developing high performing teams as well as developing reward and development solutions to support and enhance an evolving business.

To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced HR Business Partner and strong relationship builder, with experience of delivering key change processes across an organisation, ideally for corporate functions. Commercially astute, with experience of delivery of a people and customer centric HR service, the successful incumbent will also be able to demonstrate success in managing the operational, hands on delivery of HR projects and talent management. The ability to build credibility quickly and contribute to the wider HR agenda will also be required.  This role offers an ambitious, tenacious individual the next step in their HR career, supported by a HR Director.
