Your new role
The Regional HR Advisor/HR Business Partner role will support the HR Manager is the delivery of a generalist HR advisory service across a multi-sited business. Key responsibilities will include employee relations, performance management, recruitment & retention, talent development, restructuring and change management, employee engagement and wellbeing. The Regional HR Advisor / HR Business Partner will coach managers on HR best practice, support in the implementation of the HR strategy and make recommendations for continuous improvement. The role will include regular travel.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a CIPD qualified HR Advisor / HR Business Partner with strong operational HR expertise. Strong experience of managing complex ER cases, restructuring and change management is essential. A background of supporting both white and blue collar employees would be highly advantageous. A full driving licence is also required.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £30,000 to £40,000 (DOE) plus car/car allowance
