Senior Resourcing Manager

A leading Insurance business based in Buckinghamshire currently have a new Senior Resourcing Manager role available.

Leading a team of resourcers, this role will be responsible for defining a strategic resourcing strategy, managing end to end recruitment and managing key resourcing projects.

Duties:

  • Raise the organisational resourcing capability through coaching and best practice knowledge sharing
  • Strategic management of end-to-end resourcing delivery
  • Manage senior level recruitment process with key stakeholders (grade 14 and above) to ensure the right balance between direct hiring and agency/search
  • Senior stakeholder engagement and leadership
  • Partner with the HRBPs and wider HR function to ensure a seamless HR end-to-end service
  • Manage internal resourcing and drive internal moves
  • Define, establish and embed sourcing strategy
  • Supplier engagement and PSL management
  • Monitor and influence the resourcing budget
  • Ownership of advertising strategy
  • Regular review of assessment tools
  • Analysing exit interviews, identifying trends and implementing changes
  • Line Management of Resourcing team
  • Programme management and direction setting for all key resourcing projects
