Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a consumer business basead in Northamptonshire. If you are based near Kettering this would be an excellent role for you. The business partner is responsible for the delivery of the strategic people plan, people change projects and HR for the site based in Northamptonshire. This is a stand alone HR position.

The HR Manager will partner and coach individuals at all levels at the site and build excellent relationships with the central HR teams to enable a seamless services to the business area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the quality of talent and succession planning, upskilling leaders to ensure there is a pipeline of talent through workforce planning.

  • Ensure organisational design is implemented effectively in the region and change is managed and in accordance with best practise.

  • Effective delivery of the customer HR experience, through generalist HR activity aligned to the HR calendar.

  • Use people analytics insight to analyse local/regional trends and work suggestion solutions.

  • Deliver HR training to line managers

Our client is looking for an individual who has proven experience in the HR generalist field and be able to show drive, resliience and desire to make a difference. You will be working for a business that is high energy and fast paced so you will need to desmonstrate how you can adapt and work in a forever changing business.
