Compensation and Benefits Manager
Oakleaf Partnership are working with an Professional Services Company based in Central London recruiting for a Compensation and Benefits Manager
The role will include:
Develop and manage compensation and benefit plans, policies and structures that support and advance business strategy and are competitive, cost effective, legally compliant and leading edge where appropriate.
Define, manage and support compensation and benefits administration solutions and processes to ensure effective, efficient and accurate program application.
Select and manage external partnerships as required to engage in the development of, and/or delivery of compensation and benefit plans.
Support the harmonization and optimization of global benefit programmes
Effectively partner with Communications, Talent, Field HR, HR Operations and HRIS teams to improve perception, understanding and application of compensation and benefits plans, policies and processes
Manage compensation and benefits team, focusing on objective achievement, individual and team development opportunities, striving for excellence and execution from the top down. Manage C&B budget in compliance with budget objectives
