HR Advisor

HR Advisor - North London - £36-40,000 plus benefits (CIPD Qualified)

Our client is a commercial organisation that is looking for an HR Advisor to join the HR Manager in setting up the HR Department. You will provide a proactive end to end comprehensive HR service to line managers including Employee Relations, Organisational Development, Recruitment as well as being the key contact for all HR queries

Duties and responsibilities will include:-

- Key contact regarding all aspects of policies and procedures
- Co-ordinate the mandatory on boarding process for all new staff
- Manage employee relations cases including disciplinaries and grievances
- Overseeing recruitment activities
- Advise on benefits
- Conduct regular internal HR audits
- Provide advice and guidance on absence management including both long and short term sickness
- Learning and Development
- HR Management Information Reports
- Ad-hoc Projects

It is essential that you have the following experience:-

- Level 5 HR Qualification
- Proven experience of HR Management
- Track record of managing complex Employee Relations casework
- Skill in investigating a business issue from a HR prospective
- Knowledge of reward management
- Experience of delivering Training, Learning & Development
- Knowledge and experience of management development programmes
- Employee engagement
