Retail Resourcer

I am working with a well-known retail company based in Central London who are looking for a Retail Resourcer on a permanent basis. This role reports into the Resourcing Manager and is responsible for the end to end recruitment cycle, delivering a high-quality best practice across all of head office and senior retail positions.

The role includes but is not limited to:

  • Managing an end to end recruitment cycle, delivering a high-quality best practice internal recruitment service across all Head Office / Retail Management positions.

  • Responsible for managing stakeholder, candidate, and external supplier relationships.

  • Managing the advertising process for live roles via both our internal ATS system, external job boards and LinkedIn.

  • Selecting and screening of applicants to provide suitable shortlists for hiring managers

  • Providing a great candidate experience; answering questions, arranging interviews, managing communication and providing a clear status update for all candidates

  • Partnering with stakeholders to support them with their resourcing needs; both immediate and future. Providing a comprehensive end-to-end recruitment service to the business, from initial briefing to candidate onboarding, supporting on interviews when required

Ideally you will have solid experience in 360/ end to end recruitment for a fashion retailer along with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships with ease. You need to be a commercially driven and a confident decision maker, communication with impact across all levels. You need to be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and able to adapt quickly and seamlessly.
