Talent Acquisition Advisor

I am working with a great tech company based in Paddington who is looking for an Internal Recruiter to join them on a permanent basis. This role will be reporting into Recruitment Manager and working closely with the global HR team.

The role includes but is not limited to:

  • Build strong professional relationships with the HR team, hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, hiring great people as quickly and efficiently as possible and without the use of recruitment agencies where possible (using LinkedIn, job boards, hiring portals, universities, employee networks, etc)

  • Providing recruitment guidance and advice to the hiring managers and training them accordingly and working with hiring managers to write and define job descriptions where needed

  • Build recruiting processes, ensuring aligned quality control and proactively identifying and actioning areas for process improvement

  • Innovative and proactive in providing a targeted approach to attract the best talent

Ideally you will have solid end to end recruitment experience on all levels and be able to work in a fast paced, high volume and demanding environment.

You will need to have the ability to think creatively in attracting, searching for new candidates and overall recruitment process and experience developing and managing recruitment processes using direct sourcing, social media and innovative strategies. Experience recruiting global roles and their corresponding intricacies would be ideal.
