we have an exciting opportunity available for an interim HRBP to join an international organisation who are market leaders in their field. and have an international presence.
Your new role
Your role will be to provide a really proactive and commercial approach to supporting the business and your client business group which will consist of approximately 200 heads. The role will cover a number of sites so there will be travel needed from time to time as and when required. In terms of the client group you will be supporting they will be the more lower level workers and more blue collar type individuals who need a lot more support when it comes to managing employee relations matters. You will be responsible for driving best practice and ensuring compliance with all company procedures, documented policies and employment legislation. Create & deliver training whilst promoting engagement Provide recruitment and people movement support.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced Hr professional who can demonstrate their experience working in a busy complex high employee relations environment. The role is a generalist position so the right candidate must have had exposure to all Hr matters with proven expertise in coaching and up skilling management. Exposure to or knowledge of TUPE processes.
What you'll get in return
