Our client is an international organisation headquartered in London

Description

Reporting into the HR Director for the business unit, the HR Business Partner will be required to:

  • Provide insightful analysis and reporting on people matters to inform day to day management priorities, as well as informing future strategy development around people & change

  • Contribute to the development of the HR strategy and strategic workforce plan, sharing expertise and learning and ensuring an integrated approach to developing strong people leadership and management across the organisation

  • Work with functional Directors and HR Centres of Expertise to implement the corporate people strategies in key areas of talent, resourcing, reward, employee engagement, diversity and organisation development, to develop the culture required to deliver on its organisational goals.

  • Liaise and work with the HR Centres of Expertise and provide personal coaching and support to the senior team within their designated business area

Profile

We're looking for an HR Business Partner with the following skills and experience:

  • HR experience in a commercial, matrix and international environment

  • Building effective relationships with senior business leadership teams

  • Excellent coaching and facilitating skills

  • Experience of talent management in an expert environment

  • Commercial acumen and business understanding

  • Exceptional communication and engagement skills

  • Strong experience of operating at a senior level

  • Degree and CIPD Qualification

Job Offer

12 Month Maternity Cover Contract, Salary up to £45,000 dependant on experience
