My client, a leading global technology company have an opportunity for an International Compensation Manager to join their reward team.
Reporting into the Reward Director and working very closely with their international reward teams you will have a number of responsibilities including:
Managing the year end, bonus and job evaluation/grading processes
Creating strategic compensation programmes and ensuring that pay is competitive against the market
Design, review and update pay structures
Keeping up to date with market trends and ensuring that the compensation model is unique and one that will actively engage employees
Working on ad hoc reward projects as and when required
We are looking for someone with a strong background in reward who has worked on an international basis and has excellent Excel skills.
