Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a multinational Professional Services business in London as they are looking to recruit a HR Advisor to partner with their HQ client group.
You will be passionate about people data and responsible for planning and delivering HR processes across HQ. A key part of the role will be to provide analytical support to the HR team whilst ensuring operational delivery is in line with the business.
Conducts accurate and timely data management, analysis and reporting on for key people processes, identifying and helping resolve any specific systemic data issues.
Provides direct oversight on all recruitment needs in London
Coordinate the communication and scheduling of the Performance Management process including the provision of line manager training.
Coordinate and support the annual Reward processes ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
Coordinates and helps execute the Talent Management process and Discipline Talent Reviews. Ensuring planning, communications, material preparation, data accuracy, action recording and on-going follow up on key talent actions are done proactively throughout the annual cycle.
Manages accurate and regular headcount reporting, including the maintenance of organisation charts and underlying data
Act as a Superuser for the HR system, setting up team reports, dashboards and supporting team and business to maximise value
Supports the HR team to facilitate change initiatives relevant to HQ
Supports the implementation of wider business initiatives within client groups
Provides HR generalist support to the business in support of the HR team
