Your new role
You will be managing staff to ensure that the HR Coach and HR Administrator are effectively managed and supported to achieve their objectives. You will be coordinating the recruitment of all staff with the relevant department lead. This will include: -Overseeing the recruitment administration, role tracking and interview arrangements. You should ensure that all draft contracts and offer letters are correct, properly signed and copies are received and file. This is without saying that you will manage end-to-end starter process, including welcome emails, background and reference checks, right-to-work checks and any associated visa management, building and systems access, laptop and other technical provision.
You should be able to deliver company induction to all new employees,, contractors, provision and implementation of appropriate benefits and Payroll. You will need to ensure that the Finance team are updated accurately in order that they are able to manage and administer Payroll Human Resources/Employer Relations/General.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have effective relationship building skills, be motivated by challenging tasks - reviewing and updating Policy and Procedure and a person who loves a challenge and multitasking with different tasks, projects and people at any one time.
