HR Generalist role - 12-month FTC
Oakleaf are working with a fantastic fintech company based in central London who are looking to bring in an experienced HR Generalist to join their collaborative team.
They want you to have good presentation, excel, data analysis and structure / planning skills as well as someone who has a solid understanding of how HR operates and a passion for learning more. The role will provide broad exposure to many different elements - talent, organization design, compensation etc
So good if you want to develop in to a more junior HRBP type role.
You must have:
4+ years generalist HR experience
Strong communication & organisational skills
Ability to work independently under pressure and with a "can-do" attitude
Experience within a matrix organization
Broad based knowledge of HR function areas (Performance Management, Employee relations, Compensation & Benefits, etc)
Experience with MS Office (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Outlook)
Degree (or equivalent) qualified
