Senior HR Business Partner
An exciting opportunity is now available within a niche Financial Services business based in the City. They are now looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who is career minded, ambitious and commercial to work hand in hand with the HRD to help shape the future of HR and its relationship with the business.
This will be a multi-faceted role in which the Lead HRBP will act as a true number two to the HRD. The position will also manage, mentor and motivate a small HRBP team both in London and regionally in the UK. Additionally, the position will also be responsible for a premium client group within the organisation and be a true partner to them helping to guide and influence them through any people decisions and ultimately contributing to their commercial goals and achievements.
We are looking for candidates that have true generalist HR experience within a Financial Services or Professional Services business.
Candidates will also need to have proven management experience as well as a flair for talent management and organisational design. You must have strong technical skills (this is key: redundancies, M&A/TUPE, legal, reward etc) gained in an FS environment.
