HR Business Partner - Financial Services
A global financial services organisation is looking for a HR Business Partner to join the small collaborative UK HR team based in London. Reporting in to the Head of HR for the UK, as part of this complex group of financial services firms, you will be responsible for supporting the Head with the day-to-day management and operations of the HR function, also supported by a Payroll Specialist and HR Officer.
This will be a broad HR Generalist role (AVP level) where you will manage all people related matters end to end supported by a HR team of 4 people. You will operate as deputy to the Head of HR UK and work closely with the European offices on Group related work. You will cover HR Projects, ER / Policy, HR Operations, Recruitment, Development, Reward, HR Reporting / Analytics etc. You will be process improvement focused and comfortable setting up projects or processes from scratch supported by the Head of HR. You will also be comfortable navigating a complex group structure dealing with a large volume of stakeholders.
You will be an accomplished HR Business Partner who enjoys a hands on broad HR generalist role. You must have experience operating in a global financial services organisation. You must be operationally strong and willing to be in to the detail / setting things up from scratch where needed. Degree (2:1+ ideally) and / or CIPD (preferred).
The organisation consists of circa 250 employees in the UK and over 3000 people globally.
