HR Assistant

I am working with a great company based in Bracknell who are looking for a HR Assistant to join on a permanent basis. This role is reporting into the EMEA HR Business Partner within a market leading global company.

This role is responsible for all the admin and onboarding of new talent both in the UK and across Europe, therefore my client is looking for someone who is confident and able to manage multiple processes over various locations.

The role includes but is not limited to:

  • Responsible for tracking the recruitment process; from liaising with line managers for recruitment requisition forms to preparing new starter packs

  • Updating the HRIS (CoreHR) with new starters, levers, changes and liaising with Payroll to ensure they are updated on changes

  • Owning the process for parental leave and absence management

  • ER minute taking and supporting with T&C's letters

  • ER case work (dependant on experience)

  • Main point of contact for any HR queries

  • Supporting with L&D initiatives

  • Policy updates when required

  • Various adhoc projects

Ideally you will have worked in a fast-paced environment before and ideally within the Tech industry. You must have great experience handling multiple projects at once with excellent organisational skills. **Please note there may be some travel may be required to support managers/employees with low level ER, training and coaching.
