Talent Attraction Partner

I am working with a well-known brand based in Central London who are looking for a Talent Attraction Partner to join them on a permanent basis.

You will be the digital recruitment marketing and communication expert within the internal Talent team. You will have the opportunity to build close relationships with all the brands and a wide range of various departments.

The role includes but is not limited to:

  • Identifying key stakeholders and build relationships across the business to understand employer branding needs in each area including Retail, Head Office and Early Careers

  • Building an online talent attraction presence that aligns with our business and talent strategy through all our available channels

  • Using your creativity and strong copywriting skills to produce engaging candidate communication touch points throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle to include Job Ads, In-mails, ATS emails etc

  • Supporting wider Talent Team in all digital and branding needs - content creation, presentation building, event coverage etc

  • Supporting with the organisation, planning and execution of internal and external events, meetups and career fairs to create an engaging candidate experience and build talent pipelines

Ideally you will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and experience working in a similar role with solid understanding of marketing and employer brand concepts. You will need to be confident working with all levels within the business and have excellent communication skills.
